An Unlikely Event

Image
Susie with the door. One day Susie the safety card girl, who works for lots of airlines all over the world, decides to go on a holiday flight. Although she stars in the safety card brochure, in the seat pocket in front of you, it's hard to believe this could be Susie's first time on a real plane. But it is. During the taxi safety briefing Susie feels a little embarrassed, when some of the passengers on board the packed plane, notice her sitting in her customary seat. The one next to the emergency escape door. Everything is normal on the flight until after the first round of drinks are served. All the passengers are very frightened. Susie chucki

The village is an ex-tin mining town with around four hundred very enthusiastic older Australians. The demographic says most of the town is aged over 54. 'Ariah 62,' is the local coffee shop and I love driving past when it is being frequented by the locals. The line up of their mobility scooters along the footpath, it's like the octogenarian grand prix, to see from a passing vehicle. But my god everyone of those scooter owners still has a fire in their belly that is keeping Ardlethan alive and vital. This last week has seen a well publicised meeting of the town folk where they came together to let their bank know they aren't happy that the branch is closing. They all vowed to take their business away from the offensive bank. Between the Mayor of Coolamon and the local Me
